Qualification: Minimum Graduate
Experience: At least 6 years of experience in the Bihar market, including a minimum of 1 year as an Area Manager in any MFI or Bank
Must have previously managed 5–6 branches successfully
Open to extensive travel across the assigned area and field operations
Strong communication, leadership, and business development skills
