Vehicle & MSME Collections
(Responsible for 8–10 branches in a defined cluster)

What You’ll Do:
Manage collections for 8-10 branches within your cluster
Lead & mentor 6-8 Branch Receivable Managers (BRMs)
Ensure portfolio health & minimize delinquency at branch level
Implement and monitor effective collection strategies
Drive performance through on-ground reviews & structured reporting

What We’re Looking For:
10 -12 years’ experience in collections (NBFC/Banking preferred)
Proven ability to manage teams across multiple branch locations
Strong understanding of Tier-2 city markets & customer segments
Goal-oriented professional with excellent leadership & communication skills
