Hiring In Housing Finance Position -Regional Sales Manager / Zonal Sales Manager.
We are hiring Muthoot Housing Finance Company Limited
Experience: 15+ years (Housing Finance / Affordable Home Loans preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor the regional sales team (ASMs, BSMs, RMs)
Drive loan disbursements and meet monthly/quarterly targets
Build and manage DSAs, connectors, and builder relationships
Ensure lead conversion, customer onboarding, and TAT compliance
Collaborate with Credit, Operations & Collections for smooth processes
Monitor market trends, competition, and customer insights
Salary – As per the Company norms.
Qualification – Graduation
