Minimum 10 years of experience in credit
Hands-on expertise in both secured and unsecured lending

Key Responsibilities
Build, lead, and manage a team of BCMs and ACMs
Implement and monitor credit policies, procedures, and operational protocols
Conduct regular branch and field visits for credit oversight
Review and manage cases involving deviations, delinquencies, and defaults
Conduct Personal Discussions (PD) and verify borrower credentials
Ensure adherence to underwriting standards and risk frameworks
Identify and report any credit policy or protocol violations
Candidate Profile
Strong leadership and team management skills
In-depth knowledge of credit risk and underwriting
Ability to take independent decisions and manage risk effectively
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Preferred Candidates
Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 30 days
