Key Responsibilities
* Drive business development activities in assigned locations
* Acquire and onboard new customers
* Handle cash transactions and gold valuation processes
* Ensure compliance with KYC and audit requirements
* Maintain mandatory registers and operational records
* Manage collections and follow up on 30/60/90 DPD accounts
Eligibility Criteria
* Age: 24–35 years
* Education: Graduate or above
* Relevant experience in banking, NBFC, gold loans, sales, or customer service is preferred
