We are hiring for ESAF Bank 📢
Credit Officer- Mortgage loan.
Key Responsibilities
* Evaluate, authorize, and recommend approval of mortgage and secured loan proposals
* Conduct detailed credit appraisal, risk assessment, and documentation verification
* Advise customers on their financial position and suitable repayment options
* Perform due diligence and eligibility checks, including physical inspections for cases sourced by the sales team
* Support business growth by increasing loan volumes and maintaining portfolio quality
* Ensure compliance with internal credit policies and regulatory guidelines
Qualifications & Experience
* Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline
* Minimum 1 year of experience in credit processing for Loan Against Property (LAP) and Housing Loans
* Strong understanding of credit appraisal, legal and technical aspects of mortgage loans
* Good communication and analytical skills
