Reports To: Regional Business Head
Eligibility:
* MBA.
* 8–10 years of experience.
* Experience in unsecured business loans with a bank or NBFC is preferred.
* Languages: Hindi, English, and the local vernacular.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage 20–22 branches.
* Achieve sales targets by leading and supporting the reporting team.
* Identify potential markets and establish branch networks.
* Drive sales of retail business loans and cross-sell other financial products.
* Ensure timely collection of loan EMIs and recurring deposit installments.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and processes.
* Identify and correct procedural gaps and help prevent fraud.
* The role requires extensive travel.
