We’re Hiring: Branch Operation Manager (BOM)
FOR MICROFINANCE VERTICAL
We’re looking for a motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Branch Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead & Manage: Supervise and train branch staff, fostering a positive and high performing work environment.
Operational Oversight: Ensure all branch operations, including cash management, transactions, and account opening, adhere to bank policies and regulatory guidelines.
Compliance & Audit: Maintain a robust control environment to prevent fraud and errors, and prepare for internal and external audits.
Performance Reporting: Generate and analyze reports on branch performance, identifying areas for improvement & customer service.

Required Qualifications:
Education: Graduation/ MBA prefered
Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in branch operations, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
