Hiring at Archbridge Capital 2026 Position – Branch Credit Manager -Credit Department

Key Responsibilities
* Credit appraisal and underwriting of MSME loans
* Analysis of financial statements and banking transactions
* Assessment of secured business loan proposals
* Ensuring portfolio quality and compliance with company policies
* Coordination with sales and operations teams for smooth processing
Eligibility Criteria
* Minimum 4 years of experience in the NBFC sector
* Strong understanding of MSME lending and secured business loans
* Experience in financial statement and banking analysis
* Graduation/Post-Graduation required
* Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and local language preferred
* Maximum age limit: 35 years
Salary Package
* Up to ₹6 LPA
* Salary negotiable for the right candidate

* Preference will be given to candidates from the respective job locations
* Selected candidates may be posted at their home location
