ESAF Finance is Hiring Position – Relationship Manager – -π π¦π π Small and Emerging Enterprises
We are hiring for ESAF Small Finance Bank.
Key Responsibilities
Source working capital loans (CC/OD/Term Loans)
Manage and grow the MSME portfolio
Identify and activate sourcing channels for new business
Coordinate with internal stakeholders for sanction and disbursement
Contribute to achieving team targets and ensuring optimal portfolio performance
Qualifications & Experience
Education: Graduate or Postgraduate in Finance, Banking, or Marketing
Experience: 4 to 8 years in Working Capital, Term Loans, or Project Finance
Prior experience in NBFCs or Small Finance Banks will be an added advantage
