As a Branch Manager, you will be the business head of the branch, responsible for driving business growth, ensuring portfolio quality, maintaining process compliance, and leading a high-performing team.
🔹 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
* Drive branch business growth and achieve AUM / disbursement targets
* Maintain strong portfolio quality and customer relationships
* Ensure process compliance and operational discipline
* Lead, mentor, and develop field teams
* Ensure excellent customer service and community engagement
🔹 𝐖𝐡𝐨 𝐖𝐞 𝐀𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫
✔ Graduate with team handling experience
✔ Strong people leadership and relationship-building skills
✔ Ability to manage business targets and portfolio quality
✔ Comfortable working in rural and semi-urban markets
✔ Knowledge of local language
