Key Responsibilities
*Drive home loan sales and branch business growth.
*Acquire new customers and generate quality leads.
*Manage customer relationships and ensure service excellence.
*Lead and support branch sales teams.
*Build strong DSA, connector, and market networks.
*Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
*Coordinate with Credit, Operations, and other teams.
*Maintain portfolio quality and ensure process compliance

Relevant experience in Home Loans / Housing Finance
Strong sales and customer acquisition skills
Good relationship management capabilities
A target-driven and result-oriented approach
Strong communication and market development skills
The ability to work effectively in a branch-based sales environment
