Eligibility
* Experience in Banking, NBFC, Gold Loan, Retail Lending, or Financial Services preferred.
* Strong customer relationship and sales skills.
* Knowledge of gold loan operations and valuation will be an added advantage.
* Good communication and team management abilities (for managerial roles).

* Drive Gold Loan sales and business growth.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
* Source new customers and generate leads.
* Evaluate and process Gold Loan applications.
* Ensure accurate gold valuation and documentation.
