Job Description:
1.    Check gold authenticity to avoid spurious gold
2.    Ensure safekeeping of gold and cash
3.    Ensure cash balancing and accounting as per policy
4.    Build gold loan portfolio for the branch

Min 2-4 years of Experience in Gold loan is required

Job Description:

Branch Manager:

1. Should be able to manage the portfolio for Gold Loan/financial business within its branch.
2. Leading a team of Branch staff to ensure business growth.
3. Identifying & taking initiatives for the assigned branch.
4. Guiding and motivating subordinates in achieving their goals

Gold Appraiser:

1. To ensure 100% right valuation – capturing right cartage, proper stone deduction etc.
2. Adhering to high ethical standards and comply with all the laid down processes / policies – KYC adherence, maintaining all important registers etc.
3. To provide high quality customer service, prompt resolution of queries pre & post loan disbursal.
4. Supporting branch staff in business development activities & helping to achieve branch targets.
