Experience: 1–2 years (preferably in MFI/Banking/Insurance)
Qualification: Graduate / MBA
Assistant Manager
Experience: 3–4 years (preferably in MFI/Banking/Insurance)
Qualification: Graduate / MBA
Key Skills: Analytical skills, Fraud control, Fraud investigation, Audit

Experience: 10–12 years (preferably in MFI/Banking/Insurance)
Qualification: Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) / MBA (Commerce background preferred)

Key Responsibilities
Conduct 4–6 audits per month and submit reports within timelines
Perform branch audits to evaluate financial and operational processes
Review financial statements for accuracy and regulatory compliance
Identify risks, control gaps, and opportunities for process improvement
Examine accounting records, transactions, and supporting documentation
Ensure adherence to company policies and audit standards
Prepare detailed audit reports with findings and recommendations
Support implementation of internal controls and risk mitigation strategies
Follow up on audit observations to ensure timely resolution
Coordinate with internal teams for audit data and requirements
Maintain proper documentation and audit evidence

Must own a motorcycle
Willingness to travel extensively for branch audits, customer visits, and field investigations
