Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
Proven experience in debt recovery and collections
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Ability to manage delinquent accounts and improve portfolio quality
Hands-on experience in implementing effective collection strategies
Good understanding of collection policies, regulatory norms, and compliance
Capability to lead, motivate, and monitor collection teams to achieve targets
Focus on maintaining ethical collection practices and strong customer relationships
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Performance-driven and target-oriented
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Willingness to work in field-intensive roles
Prior experience in NBFC/Microfinance/Banking collections will be preferred
