Key Responsibilities:
Branch Credit Manager (BCM): Managing the credit operations at the branch, ensuring compliance with credit policies, and supporting branch growth through vehicle loan disbursements.
Field Credit Officer (FCO): Engaging with potential customers in the field, verifying loan applications, and ensuring smooth loan processing and documentation.
Preferred Candidates:
Candidates with prior experience in Wheels Finance (vehicle finance) will be given preference.
Local candidates are preferred, as they have better understanding of the local market.
Immediate joiners are highly encouraged to apply.
Qualifications and Skills:
Strong knowledge of retail asset products, especially in the vehicle finance space.
Ability to handle credit analysis and disbursement processes effectively.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Detail-oriented and results-driven approach.
