Key Responsibilities
* Drive Home Loan & LAP business through channel partners.
* Develop and maintain relationships with DSAs, connectors, and referral partners.
* Source quality business and achieve assigned targets.
* Ensure customer acquisition and portfolio quality.
* Coordinate with internal teams for smooth and timely loan processing.
* Expand the business network and strengthen market presence.
Required Experience & Skills
* Relevant experience in *Home Loan/LAP sales*.
* Strong business sourcing and channel management skills.
* Good market knowledge and networking abilities.
* Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.
Compensation
Salary: As per current CTC, relevant experience, and company norms.
