Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in Finance/Marketing preferred)
1–5 years of experience in banking, NBFC, or financial services
Prior experience in sales or relationship management roles preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good understanding of banking products (CASA, loans, insurance, etc.)
Target-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales goals
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with banking systems
Local market knowledge will be an added advantage
