Eligibility & Experience
Candidates should meet the following criteria:
* Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in Business Loans
* Proven experience in team handling and branch management
* Graduation is mandatory
* Postgraduate candidates will be preferred
* Strong leadership, business development, and team management skills
Compensation
*CTC: Up to ₹26 LPA
Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience, skills, and suitability for the role.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage overall branch operations and business performance.
* Drive business growth and achieve branch targets.
* Lead, manage, and motivate the branch team.
* Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
* Ensure quality sourcing and portfolio management.
* Monitor collections, credit quality, and operational compliance.
* Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
