Eligibility Criteria
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Basic computer knowledge.
* Target-driven and self-motivated.
* Prior experience in LAP collections (30+ DPD & NPA DPD) preferred.
* Own two-wheeler (bike) is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage collections for Loan Against Property (LAP) accounts.
* Handle Early Bucket (30+ DPD) and NPA accounts.
* Maintain regular follow-ups with customers for timely repayments.
* Achieve assigned collection targets while ensuring compliance with company policies.
* Build positive customer relationships and resolve payment-related queries.
