Aditya Birla Capital Vacancy Position – Relationship Manager
Candidate Profile
– 3–4 years of relevant experience* in Home Loans (HL) or Loan Against Property (LAP)
– Experience in sales, sourcing, and customer acquisition
– Good knowledge of the local market
– Strong communication and relationship-management skills
– Local candidates from the respective locations will be preferred
Key Responsibilities
– Generate HL/LAP business through new customer acquisition.
– Develop and manage local sourcing channels.
– Build relationships with customers, DSAs, and connectors.
– Handle leads from sourcing to disbursement.
– Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
– Conduct market visits and identify new business opportunities.
– Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing.
