Salary: ₹4 – ₹5.5 LPA
Preference: Immediate joiners preferred
Candidate Profile
* Graduate/Postgraduate with 2+ years of experience in Mortgage / HL / LAP underwriting
* Strong analytical and communication skills
* Experience in credit assessment, PDs, and underwriting
* Understanding of credit policies, risk norms, and audit compliance
* Local candidates preferred
Key Responsibilities
* Manage underwriting of Home Loans (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP)
* Assess customer financials, bank statements, and credit bureau reports
* Conduct PDs and ensure compliance with credit and regulatory guidelines
* Monitor portfolio quality and delinquency (PAR)
* Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing and timely disbursement
* Support business growth while maintaining risk and audit standards
