Aavas Finance Hiring 2026 Requirements:
• Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred).
• 6-12 years in Home Loan/Mortgage Operations.
• 3-5 years managerial experience in multi-branch operations.
• It will be a team handling role.
Aavas Finance Hiring 2026 Key Responsibilities:
• Branch Operations: Oversee daily operations across 20-25 Home Loan branches, ensuring timely file processing, productivity tracking, and manpower allocation.
• Compliance & Risk: Ensure adherence to NHB/RBI guidelines, conduct audits, and strengthen risk controls and documentation accuracy.
• Customer Service & Cash Management: Drive superior customer experience, resolve escalations, enhance NPS, and manage branch cash operations with strict controls.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with Credit, Legal, Technical, Sales, HR, and IT teams to streamline processes and support business needs.
• Performance Monitoring: Review dashboards, publish MIS reports, and implement corrective actions for underperforming branches.
• People Leadership: Manage and train branch operations staff, build capability, and groom high-potential talent.
• Process Improvement: Identify gaps, standardize processes, and drive digitization/automation initiatives to boost efficiency.
